CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is set aside especially for you. I understand that schedule changes happen; however, to ensure the smooth running of my business, I strictly enforce the following policy: Booking Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied directly toward the total cost of your service. Your deposit is refundable or credited to your account when given a 24 hour cancellation notice. 24-Hour Cancellation: I kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost. Thank you for understanding, valuing my time, and supporting my business!
